Abstract: Request for approval of Unified Plan Guidance authorized by Section 501 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. Guidance has been jointly developed by the Department of Labor, Education, Health and Human Services, Agriculture, and Housing and Urban Development. Guidance provides an optional model for States to submit a single plan for up to 16 Federal education and training programs.
