Abstract: This revenue procedure modifies and amplifies Revenue Procedure 98-22, 1998-12 I.R.B. 11, and provides guidance to employers, custodians, and individual taxpayers with respect to the administration of tax-sheltered annuity arrangements within the meaning of section 403(b) of the Code. In so doing, it provides a mechanism to make certain corrections to section 403(b) plans.
