The information collection includes
initial and periodic report- ing necessary for the EPA to ensure
compliance with Federal standards for volatile organic compounds in
automobile refinish coatings. Respondents are manufacturers and
importers of automobile refinish coatings and coating components.
Responses to the collection are mandatory under 40 CR Part 59,
subpart B- National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards
for Auto- mobile Refinish Coatings.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
