Abstract: Information collected will be used to demonstrate to FRA that adequate safety measures are provided by railroads and communities when trains approach and pass through highway-rail crossings, either through the use of train horns or through supplemental and alternative safety measures that provide a safety level equal to that provided by blowing horns.
