Approved as amended by and consistent with the Commission on Civil Right's revisions of 3/20/00, 4/6/00, and 4/12/00. In addition, the Commission agrees to the following terms of clearance: (1) The data generated by this survey shall not be used for statistical purposes. It is a web-based survey and there is no clearly defined sample or universe. Thus, it is innappropriate to draw statistical conclusions from the data. (2) All published reports that use or refer to the data generated by this survey will contain a disclaimer that instructs readers on the limitations of the sampling methodology chosen and further warns of using the data for statistical purposes. (3) Because of the methodoligical limitations described, the Commission will not use the results of this survey to publish percentage breakdowns of responses or frequency counts. (4) OMB requests that the Commission submit for OMB review and comment any language, in any document or report made available to the public, that specifically references this survey or the results of this survey.

This proposed survey will be posted on the Commission's website. The Commission's Fair Employment Law Enforcement Project will be advertised on the websites and in the newsletter of two prominent employment law organizations. Respondents will answer on EEOC's charge processing.
