Abstract: objective evaluation reorts provide agency with grantee self- evaluation information needed to perform legislatively mandated program oversight of multiple grants, identify performance problems and identify grantees in need of post-award technical assistance. Reports are reviewed by Native American program Specialists who follow-up as necessary. Reports meet DHHS grant regulations requiring progress reports from all grantees.
