This ICR is
approved pursuant to 5 CFR 1320. When EPA resubmits this ICR for
renewal, it must evaluate, after consulting with respondents, the
burden estimates for reporting and recordkeeping requirements. In
its resubmission, the Agency should list the names, phone numbers,
and affiliations of the respondents it contacted. In the supporting
statement for the renewal, EPA must present the data and
assumptions underlying its estimates of labor costs (including
loading rates) and burden hours (by task).
