Abstract: Public Housing Agencies will submit information on these forms as part of the HOPE VI Application Kit in order to compete for funds announces in the HOPE VE Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA). HUD will use the informaiton to rate and rank applications and aprove or disapprove funding based on rating factors in the NOFA.
