Abstract: The Wireless Telecommunications bureau (WTB) has placed their organizational entities, definitions, responsibilities, services and public information on the Internet. The WTB web-site contains a high volume of public information and data from which any individual or entity may acquire pertinent information concerning any of the Bureau's respective services. The Customer Service survey expects to gather information to evaluate the interests and needs of the public; to streamline and pinpoint operational processes and organizational concepts; or add information for public dissemination.
