Abstract: FCC 3960A is filed in conjunction with applications for construction permits and assignments and ransfers of broadcast station licenses. It is designed to assist the applicant in establishing an effective EEO program for its station. The data is used by FCC to determine that stations will provide broad and inclusive outreach measures to ensure equal employment opportunity to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
