Abstract: Section 118 of the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education authorizes grants to designated entities in the States, the District of Columbia, and outlying areas to promote improved career and education decision-making by individuals. This program is a new discretionary grant program which falls under the streamlined clearance procedures for discretionary grant information collections, 1890-0001.
