Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with ED's submission of 4/26/00. ED will update the Notice to reflect accurate deadlines for submission as well as the appropriate enacted FY 99 appropriation levels and estimated range of awards. OMB notes that ED should continue its efforts to develop an electronic reporting alternative and update OMB on this initiative in the next submission of this package to OMB. Currently, ED can scan these forms in, but respondents do not have an electronic reporting option (i.e. through the web or other software). For this reason, the electronic reporting percentage has been adjusted.
