This ICR is
approved pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.12. When EPA resubmits this ICR for
renewal, EPA must evaluate, after consulting with respondents, the
burden estimates for reporting and recordkeeping requirements. In
the supporting statement for the renewal, EPA must present the data
and assumptions underlying its estimates of labor costs (including
loading rates). Labor costs should be calculated in a manner
consistent with current EPA and OMB guidance. EPA should verify
that no non-labor costs will be incurred by respondents as a result
of this information collection. If such costs will be incurred, EPA
should revise its burden estimate to account for them.
