It is our understanding from discussions with the Program Office (Nesbitt -- Flight Standards) that operators would report under the existing requirements for the first quarter of 2000. They would report under the new section 93.325 for the second quarter with their first reports due 30 days from the end of the second q uater or July 30, 2000.
