Public Utilities Holding Companies Rule 2, adopted on April 19, 1941, permits a public utility holding company to claim exemption from the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935 by filing an annual statement on Form U-3A-2. It is needed by the Commission to determine whether the claimant continues to qualify for the exemption.
