Terms of Clearance: The agency is instructed to reexamine it burden estimate. In particular, it is not obvious that the information the applicant must provide to comply with the environmental and economic analytical requirement are prepared as a normal course of business (particularly in lesser developed countries) or adequately considered in the estimate of six hours per response.
