This report collects information on
the monthly volume of medium-term notes issued by corporations. In
addition, once a year, the report collects information on the
amount of medium-term notes outstanding. The data are used to
measure the amount of borrowing in the medium-term note market by
U.S. corporations and to construct estimates of the amount of
corporate securities issued and the amount outstanding.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
