The Ricky Ray Hemophilia Relief Fund
Program collects data from eligible petitioners to permit the
Secretary to make a determination for compassionate payment to
certain individuals with blood clotting disorders, such as
hemophilia, who contracted HIV due to contaminated antihemophilic
factor within a specified time period, as well as to certain
persons who contracted HIV from these individuals.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
