Abstract: The Industrial Assessment Center (IAC) Program currently pro- duces estimates of energy and cost savings generated by its client (750 per year) using engineering and financial calcula- tions from IAC energy audits. This estimate is limited by its ability to track replicated and long-term benefits to clients, impacts generated by alumni of the Program, and savings produced by users of Web-based technical information provided by program- sposored Web sites. These three additional "savings pathways" are thought to be significant contributors to overall Program impacts.
