Abstract: This collection requires the Goodman/Chan receivership licensees and similarly situated non-Goodman/Chan general category SMR licensees to submit a certification in any transfer and assignment application it submits to take advantage of the temporary waiver of section 90.609(b) of the Commission's rules. The waiver allows the licensees to transfer or assign its 800 MHz SMR license prior to its construction and commencement of operations. The application containing the certification must be submitted to the Commission prior to November 24, 1998.
