The amendment worksheets simply
require contributors to identify the amounts and percentages of
their interstate and international revenues and will only apply to
the revenue data provided on the March 1999 and September 1999
worksheet. The information will be used by the Commission and the
Administrator to determine which carriers qualify for the
international revenues exception that is being adopted in response
to the court's July 30, 1999, mandate.
