Abstract: The Census Bureau seeks to assess the contributions of partners in the promotion and advancement of Census 2000. To do this, the Census Bureau will send a self-administered questionnaire to about 16,000 national, State, local, and regional agencies or governments. Also a part of this sample are non-governmental partners, such as community action/advocacy groups, chambers of commerce, foundations, labor unions, religious organizations, businesses, and youth organizations.
