Approved. Upon reprinting the form, INS will change the estimation of the burden to 1 hour and 45 minutes instead of one hour, by increasing the travel and waiting time from 15 to 60 minutes. INS will also add clarification to the instruction form to explain that the filing fee is waived for the I-765 form when filed jointly with this form upon reprinting the form.
