Abstract: This NSPS afects owners and operators of nonmetallic minerals processing plants. Owners and operators must conduct initial performance tests and comply with an opacity and mass particulate standards. In addition, each owner or operator must comply with the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of the NSPS.
