The Commission adopted rules providing support for all telecommunications services, Internet access, and internal connections for all eligible health care providers. Health care providers who want to participate in the universal service program must file several forms, one being FCC Form 466-A, which is an optional form that a health provider would use to receive the benefit of reduced rates for toll charges incurred to connect to an Internet service provider.
