This survey (One-time collection) which will be mailed to several cable system opertors, will provide needed information in the pending Commission proceeding entitled "Carriage of Digital Television Broadcast Signals". CS Docket No. 98-120. The data collected will be used by the Commission to build a record and to determine how to proceed on the mandatory carriage issues in this pending rulemaking. The data gleaned from the survey will be incorporated into the next Report and Order in this docket.
