Abstract: The Commission is requesting that certain carriers file a report stating their progress made in implementation of line sharing, including all relevant steps taken by the carriers to prepare their facilities for requests for access, and a description of any agreements the carriers have entered into with requesting carriers. The information is needed to evaluate whether incumbent LECs are providing access to the high frequency portion of the loop to requesting carriers.
