Terms of Clearance: Approved for use through 12/2001 with the understanding that the results of this survey cannot be generalized to all university students due to the small number of institutions participating in this effort. Therefore, this survey may only be considered exploratory in nature. In addition, OMB is concerned about the estimated response rates of this effort. Prior to fielding this effort HRSA must submit to OMB a plan for achieving an 25% response rate and evaluating item and general non response bias. Any reimbursement incentives must be approved by OMB prior to implementation.
