The Comprehensive Community Mental
Health Service Program for Children with Serious Emotional
Disturbances supports development of more accessible and
appropriate services for children and adolescents with serious
emotional, behavioral or mental disorders in 22 sites. This 5-year
evaluation is being conducted in those 22 sites and in three
comparison sites to collect outcome data from children and families
and process data from service providers. This extension will allow
completion of the currently aproved data collection.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
