Abstract: The Minerals Management Service needs the information to determine if certain OCS personnel are adequately trained in order to minimize the hazards and increase safety of personnel working in drilling, well-completion, well-workover, and production operations. Respondents are OCS Federal oil and gas and sulphur lessees and training organizations providing training for offshore workers.
