The National School-to-Work Office collects information from funded local partnerships to gather evidence on state and local progress in implementing School-to-Work systems. Data elements have included student, school, and employer involvement in School-to-Work; graduation and postsecondary transition rates for students; and funded leveraged by partnerships to sustain their School-to-Work systems. Information is used to provide an annual School-to-Work report to Congress, as well as to build's state's capacity to collect and analyze information for their own system improvement purposes.
