Abstract: This information collection program provides the EPA with the data necessary to determine whether to issue an experimental use permit under section 5 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended. Section 5 authorizes EPA to issue experimental use permits which allow pesticide com- panies to temporarily ship pesticide products for experimental use for the purpose of gathering data necessary to support the application for registration of a pesticide product.
