Abstract: This "generic" renewal form may be filed in lieu of FCC Forms 313R, 405A, 452R and 574R for electronic renewal of a Wireless Radio Services authorization. The data is used to determine eligibility for a renewed authorization, to issue a license, and to maintain current license databases for proper use of the frequency spectrum.
