Abstract: Certification is requested from the proposed applicant that they are in compliance the Civil Rights Act of 1964. CSREES requests the name of the Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) and the mailing address of the applicant with the AOR's signature on Form CSREES-665 as certification that the applicant is in compliance with Civil Rights Act of 1964. On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
