collected from respondents under this OMB number in violation of
the PRA. ETA will take steps to ensure that this collection remains
in PRA compliance. ETA is strongly encouraged to continue to
integrate the Job Corps program into the One-Stop system
implemented by WIA. This collection is approved upon the condition
that ETA adjust the categories of race and ethnicity to be in
strict compliance with the Standards for the Classification of
Federal Data on Race and Ethnicity published in the Federal
Register 10/30/97. This change must be made immediately and copies
of the corrected applications should be submitted to OMB.

information for screening and enrollment purposes to determine
eligibility for the Job corps program. They are prepared by the
admissions counselor for each applicant and has no further impact
on the public.
