Abstract: The Chemical Manufacturer's Association (CMA) and EPA have devel- oped a standardized cover she for voluntary use by industry as a first step to an electronic future and to help familiarize companies with standard requirements and concepts of electronic transfer. This cover sheet is designed for voluntary use in the submission of information under TSCA Section 4, 8(d), and 8(e).
