Terms of Clearance: This information collection is being cleared under the condition that CNCS immediately make all changes agreed to in its 09/08/00 memo to OMB, and copies of all changes should be forwarded to OMB as soon as possible. Furthermore, CNCS must immediately discontinue the use of outdated standard forms and instructions that still request the public to send comments regarding the forms to OMB.These revised standard forms should also be submitted to OMB immediately.

Abstract: This data collection effort will provide information required by the Corporation for national Service to enable it to make effective decisions concerning the use of grant funds. Applications will be accepted from eligible not-for-profit organizations and public agencies to request grant assistance and other technical support to establish outreach efforts to persons with a disability.
