Abstract: Section 74.1284 requires that licensees of FM translator stations must obtain prior consent form primary FM broadcast/ translator station before rebroadcasting their programs, notify the Commission of the call letters and certify that written consent has been received. The data is used by FCC staff to update records and to assure compliance with FCC rules and regulations.
