Abstract: The information collected in accordance with this new rule will be used by the Commission to ensure that persons with hearing disabilities will have access to the same critical emergency information that is provided to other viewers. Viewers will file complaints alleging violations of this rule with the Commission. The Commission will notify the video programming distributors of the complaint, and the distributors will provide the Commission with a repsonse to the complaint.
