Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320.11, the information collections associated with this proposed rule are not approved. In order to receive approval of this information collection request, the age ncy must resubmit to OMB the information collection packet at the final rule stage, in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.11(h). In this submission, the agency will fully respond to all public comments related to information collection requirements of this rule, and will make changes to the rule and information collection package as appropriate in order to both minimize and accurately estimate burden. The agency will also ensure that the annual reporting an d recordkeeping costs as reported in #14 of the 83-I form match t he numbers as reported in the supporting statement.
