The NSF FastLane Proposal Review
function has been in use since March 1995 with the number of
reviews increasing from 705 in its first 9 months of use to over
50,000 in the first 8 months of FY 99. NSF desires to survey the
reviewers using this system to evaluate their view of it and to
determine what improvements they might like to see in it. We are
also interested in seeing if there is anything in the system that
may cause them to decide not to return a proposal review.
