Under the Sugar PIK Program, farmers
who want to participate must agree to divert planted acerage from
production in return for sugar from CCC's inventory. These farmers
submit bids indicating the amount of sugar and its relative dollar
value that they are willing to accept and the number of acres that
they will divert from production.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
