Abstract: This survey will obtain annual sample data on transactions between U.S. and unaffiliated foreign persons in royalties, licenses fees, and other intangible rights. The information gathered is needed, among other purposes, to support U.S. trade policy, initiative, including trade negotiations, and to compile the U.S. international transactions and the national income and product accounts.
