Abstract: This collection is required by the Trademark Act, 15 U.S.C. 1064, section 14. The information is used by the PTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board to initiate trademark registration cancellation proceedings. The public uses the information to initiate cancellation actions and to conduct research related to establishing and enforcing trademark rights.
