Clearance is requested for 18 months
to conduct a Pretest for Cycle 6 of the National Survey of Family
Growth (NSF) based on 600 in-person interviews with women and 600
interviews with men. Data will be collected on pregnancy,
parenting, and related attitudes. The information is used by NCHS,
the NICHD, the Office of Population Affairs, and OASPE the
Children's Bureau and the CDC HIV Prevention Program. The Pretest
will test several ways to impose the quality of the data
collected.
