Abstract: The US-Brazil Higher Education Consortia Program is a discretionary grant program which supports institutional cooperation and student exchange between the United States and Brazil. Funding supports the participation of U.S. institutions and students in bilateral consortia of institutions of higher education. Funding will be multi-year, with projects lasting up to 4 years.
