information collection provisions associated with the Student
Assistance General Provisions NPRM for the Title IV Student
Financial Assistance Programs are not approved at this time. ED is
examining public comment in response to this NPRM. The preamble to
the final rule will address how ED has addressed comments related
to minimizing the burden of this collection while maximizing its
utility.

Information for Title IV Student Financial Assistance Programs.
Applicant's and in some cases the applicant's parent must provide
documentation to support data listed on the Application for
assistance.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
