RM99-10-000 (Notice of Proposed Rulemaking) (1) revises FERC's Form 6 schedules and instructions to better meet current and future regulatory requirements and industry needs; (2) updates the Uniform System of Accounts (USofA) and (3) amends the regulations to provide for electronic filing of the Form 6. The Form 6 collects financial and operational information on an annual basis from oil pipeline companies subject to the Commission's jurisdiction. FERC is implementing the provisions of Section 20 of the Interstate Commerce Act (49 USC Sec 20).
