The Plant Protection and Quarantine
Service of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has
joined with the States to create a program to allow both the State
and PPQ to conduct surveys to detect and measure the presence of
imported plant pest and to input survey data into a national
computer-based system.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
