Uponsubmission of this information collection for extension, the agency should detail: 1)the electronic software programs being us ed by various entities required to report; 2)how the required inf ormation is gathered into reporting entities' databases before da ta submission to AMS; 3)what method of electronic reporting entit ies are using to submit data; and 4)how the reported information is gathered into the AMS electronic database and processed for pu blication. This information should be used to adjust burden estim ates accordingly. The agency should also report on the practical utility of the information collected. The agency should report on : how much information is collected but not able to be published because of confidentiality guidelines; 2)the extent of duplicatio n with other voluntary reports; and 3)the usefulness of the marke t reports generated by MPR to producers. The agency should also r eport the startup/annual costs to OMB prior to implementation.
